Just wanted to quickly post a picture of Maren with her birthday cake! She is very excited to be turning three. She tells me that she is now big enough to go to school and ride if the front seat....next year maybe. And the next picture is of me finishing a half marathon. I know it's not the best time by any means, butI am happy with it, it being my first one.

yep...she just had to beat me...actually i let her have the win. okay in all honesty, she deserved to beat me. she trained way more than i did!!! and she would have been even further ahead of me if she hadn't stopped for a potty break and then later stopped to call josh. i didn't make any stops at all.
Maren looks adorable. And way to go Carol! That is AWESOME!!!!!
